Yeah I mean, I agree with this. I don’t think it was tied to it because iceman has been a thing since before the beef. I guess that post was more so from a “what if” scenario. that’s all.

Eh it's debatable. Everything Iceman related shared thus far has been about the beef. The "storyline" and episode backdrops, the "I know what they did last summer" type merch alluding to the lawsuit, what did I miss obviously. It's not really a stretch to say he was waiting for things to go in his favor to capitalize off the moment

Imagine if the whole Iceman role out was dependent on him winning the lawsuit and now he has to start over.

There’s certainly been hints. Could’ve just been part of the concept of a larger scheme that’s not known yet. And when I say scheme I just mean lyrics, album covers, etc. not the red button lol.

You’re talking about the expectations from fans & people who aren’t Drake. Wearing that vest at a show does not mean you’re waiting to release the real response.

Same. If he’s not stupid, Drake is not releasing a diss anymore unless it’s directly in the album. He’s realized all these other rappers are bums when compared to him. The only time someone like Kendrick is now remotely interesting is when his name is attached to Drake. No more free clout
