Nigga think CLB is on par with Let God Sort Em Out
easily lmfao, let god sort em out has a pretty similar filler quote

You are batshit insane
hater s***
CLB and $$$4U are good to great albums with just little filler on them, the highs are absolutely insane w some of drakes best work on both of these projects.
HNVM and Her Loss are literally amazing projects with no filler on them at all, both have a very unique sound. Back to back drop w jimmy cooks as transition is insanely cool and would be glazed for any other artist, but it’s drake so it’s rather corny to you guys.
DLDT - dudes who are super cirtical of drake love this comp for some reason - isnt my fav out of this list so i personally put it together with FATD, bad projects but some amazing songs on both of these tapes. Just feels like random comps from their respective era. FATD deluxe is amazing
i honestly dk what you guys want from him, in like 5 years youre gonna be looking back realizing how good this run actually was like many others lol see ya later
If CLB is a great album then Future dropped 3 classics in a row last year using a similar standard.
You are batshit insane
Soon as he said we would look back in 5 years and call this Drake run good he lost me, it’s been nothing but bloat after bloat with a few good songs sprinkled in between, besides HNVM I’ll always enjoy that album

Cmon man lmao
I can tell everyone on edge waiting for this one.

bait
Assman getting quietly pushed back is giving me FATD vibes, and we all know how that ended up, he had to redeem himself with the deluxe

youre right abt that, singles mid too
take a relisten, clb is a great album
I’ve listened to CLB numerous times. I feel the same way about it that I felt on September 3, 2021. It’s his worst project. Great songs scattered throughout, but as a body of work it’s bad
I love Future but he hasn't made an album as good as CLB after HNDRXX. That was his last classic. CLB is still charting better than any of Future's releases even after 4 years

This nigga thinks that an album charting means that it’s good

Is it really?
I'd argue We Don't Trust You has a better sound, is more cohesive, more consistent, has less lows, and has more impact given what "Like That" lead to.
CLB has good streaming numbers and some good album tracks. But when I compare it to Drakes 2011-2015 output or his 2022 output, I just can't call it "great."

I Never Liked You and We Dont Trust You are both some dope ass projects IMO, even though I fw recent Drake projects more (especially HNVM, HL and $$$)
We Don't Trust You came and went after the initial hype of making two albums based on dissing Drake. Compare his latest output with his 3 classic mixtapes, DS2, hndrxx, and even The Wizrd and its not even close

I like some songs from them but they haven't made a stamp like they should have. Even Like That and wait4U, the two biggest song in those albums, Drake and Kendrick stood out more. I think people just don't call out Future more because he's made so many classics before and no one's out here saying he's the best rapper alive

But it’s still charting. That means it’s a classic, right?
Stories About My Brother is so good and is my fave type of Drake songs tbh. I personally hope he has a good amount of songs with this level of wordplay on his new album
