Wouldn't make much sense to drop a new album when on a tour promoting the album you just dropped a few months back.
I think he tours and promotes $$$4U, ends the tour, drops the next album and then next year, goes on a solo tour for that.

I only expect it on Oct 24th, but truthfully, if the lawsuit isn’t wrapped up by then and if it’s true that this next album is his last album under UMG, they aren’t gonna clear anything to drop so we could be waiting a while.

He doesn't really need a full rollout before the album drops. He could drop the album and THEN do some promo for it. Push singles and keep pushing singles months later.
