But to be serious, I think the defamation suit ties into the previous suit. It wasn't just that you pushed the button on a diss track aimed at me, you pushed the button on a defamatory diss track aimed at me.
I also think Drake has some sort of proof about everything he said regarding Kendrick on Family Matters, which is why he insisted that Kendrick stick to facts.

That's exactly what I think. He could have easily filed these at any point in the last 6 months or even waited till next year. It isn't a coincidence that he's doing all of this on the week Kendrick's album dropped.
