Need to see the contract to answer that fam, end of the day he could just do what he wants and see them in court and settle like all the other CEOs do.. for example I may or may not know someone who has FanDuel as a client and Michael Rubin may or may not allegedly violate every anti trust and non compete agreement in existence to poach other employees (bookies) and get clients.. hes insured out of liability and just eats the fees and settles while he rakes up dough.. its really all about how well funded you are 🤷🏾♂️.. that being said idk what the contract says and could be liquidated damages provisions that are out of this world.. personally the way I see drake going idt he's gives af brother lmao
