I also gotten hungry and throat acid reflux bs gotten stronger. I didn’t sleep at all now my acid reflux symptoms came back after all the work I put in. Bruh I just wanna sleep normal

I deal with acid reflux at night a lot. Have you tried a incline/wedge pillow? Takes some getting used to but helped a lot.
Yeah I always got 2 pillows tilted but i recently was doing good sleeping with one pillow just sleeping on my left side until my mom got me shawarma which f***ed up my acid reflux more. Now I’m sensitive to everything so I gotta go back to eating plain bs food. Dawg I’m tired of this s***
