kendrick still played a good tour after mr. morale but that album itself had no staying power and i'd even go further and say a lot of people checked out on kenny after it came out

the most telling evidence has always been the fact that drake did not unfollow future on IG while unfollowing most people involved in the 20v1, so to me this is not coming as a surprise

now:

we obv do not know what has been said between both of them, but without future opening his mouth and speaking his mind in PUBLIC, he can f*** off (in terms of working with drake)

he prepared the field for this s*** to pop off the way it did and has never been really enthusiastic about working with drake (i'd even say it's the opposite)

so for me personally, i have no issues with both of them being cool or whatever - but i really do not need another future/drake joint. the aura of that collab has been ruined by those two breakup albums imo

just my two cents but you do not need to explicitly say something bad to show that you are acting in bad faith

• not saying s*** when the pedo s*** popped off is telling
• kanye saying future called him to participate in the beef is telling
• him calling his relationship with drake business only is telling
• doing TWO albums where the only person getting dissed is drake is telling
• not telling metro to chill with his bullshit is telling

i know a lot among you want new music from both together but i just prefer drake having principles and closing that door for good, at least for a few years
