When he said he planted evidence he was specifically talking about the fake daughter, and not the other stuff.
Wait, that's what I took from it too? The whole human trafficking thing was just Kenny making up BS because it's a diss track. It was like Drake saying he's the one who took down Ross' plane.

So as a huge Drake fan the cover for MTG is legit in your opinion?

He was only able to get that off because what has happened with Diddy and R Kelly and what shea butter twitter has been trying to put on him for years

The only fake information Drake planted was that he had a daughter. He didn't plant anything saying he was a human trafficker and that the embassy was going to get raided.
Kendrick just added that part to MTG because it's a diss track. It's untrue and he has no evidence of it.
In THP6 Drake says, "I'll slit your throat with the razor and do Rick Ross Air like that one flight from Malaysia. " If I remember correctly a couple days earlier Ross's plane got damaged while landing. Drake is pretty much saying he's the one who did that. We all know it's BS tho because it's a diss track. It's just Drake flexing.
The bundle item

Those items still don't make sense why they are together. A souvenir CN tower, a shirt, gloves, prescriptions for medications, and a receipt. Like why are those together?

That is a good question.

We know why, the simplest answer is the easiest. Drake didn't lose items while having an itemized list to bring back up in case someone use it as a cover to then twist into a rebuttal. They were left behind to see where they would end up, with the items being chosen under suspicion of who they might relate to or end up at.
They really believe this
We are so f***ed as a species.
Fans/Hip Hop media my whole life (33) have tried to tell me Hip Hop is dying dead or worse than before.
Fans/Hip Hop media keep digging for dirt on what where why when and who killed/changed Hip Hop
Fans/Hip-Hop media should be digging for the proof it was ever different.
Or are we just romanticizing an entertainment medium because it so closely at times mirrors our real lives / POV's. Despite its origins being quickly commercialized and split into a legal and illegal arms of capital / entertainment.
More if interested.
I’m interested. Have people always dismissed flossin in hip hop or is it just during economic downturns? I noticed the quest for “authenticity” is heighten during these periods.
I remember The Roots and De La Soul rapping against commercialism. The dichotomy has always been there.
