Kinda crazy what you can do with some of those apps when it comes to editing. I'm actually impressed all the things Tiktok let's you edit.

You can always use Davinci Resolve when you get your PC. It's totally free and there are tons of YouTube tutorials out there to help with anything. Once you get comfortable enough you could always go to a paid software if that's what you want to do. But Davinci Resolve is pretty fantastic for being completely free.

Nah like adobe or Final Cut if you have a Mac, my best advice would be to just start using one with a project and stick with it you’ll figure out your preferences the more you get into it and you might end up you using different ones for different workflows

Yeah I’m stuck. Idk which route should I go tbh. Everyone uses adobe so I could get that and spend a month or 2 playing around with it. if da vinci resolve can do pretty much what adobe can, i can stick with that. CapCut is easy but it’s mostly mid to me.

Go with what’s most convenient and makes the most sense for the sake of just getting started after you start and you work with any of them for a bit you’ll find yourself either wanting more or less things based on whatever your projects are and then you adjust from there, just start with anything and the rest will work itself out, don’t get stuck in a***yzing the options and worry about making the “wrong” choice, there really isn’t one as long as you stay locked in on your goal and making progress , the more you learn the more you’ll be able to know what you do and don’t need, try to just get in the lab and get experience with things you haven’t used yet that experience will tell you all you need to know

Stay with the 15 honestly. Unless you get a crazy good deal on the 16.

If Davinci isn't what you need you'll know after a while. But it's free so it's not like Adobe where you have to pay for it and then realize you don't like it or need more.

For most YouTube based videos Davinci should be fine.
