I think it's more that one person can get away with breaking the rules constantly because somehow they found a way around them. It just teaches other users they can break the rules and just keep making alts until mods don't want to deal with it anymore and let them back on the site.

Obviously, you're going to need moderation but if bans really don't do anything then don't have them. Just don't allow them in certain sxns for a period of time.

Trust me, I hate that we are talking about him but it's more about moderation than anything.

I don't have an issue with any other user besides him. And I'm guessing most other users in this thread feel the same.
