And its sad because Stoney and B&B are awesome and Hollywood Bleeding has some great highs.

I’m not gonna pretend I have any gauge on how this guy can do. I disliked all three of his last albums and thought they were all of the same quality- generic bullshit with some fantastic singles- but they’re all commercially impressive and fan opinions on them varies. This thing will probably do well, as far as I can tell he hasn’t lost any of his goodwill with general audiences.

His last two singles flopped and are being carried by payola

I liked circles, regardless of it being a radio song or whatever. But the album fkin sucked.

i think this album will be the most important for his legacy tbh

he’s been around for a whileee now (white iverson was 7 years ago) and he’s at the point where even grandmas would probably know him

plus most of his original teenage fanbase growing up into adults and competition from other artists

if this flops he might just be remembered as the guy who had some hits years ago

He should be focused on quality with this one. His team ran him into the ground before his last album, I remember him saying that they had him in the studio every night for months just pumping hits out. Now that he's had three years off I have high expectations but the singles aren't very good. It's surprising that his career is in danger after how he was on top of the world, but he should have a second project ready as a back up plan if this one flops, like Ariana did after Sweetener.

Post Malone always had talent but misused it to appeal to a low-hanging fruit of a demographic, still had some moments. I like the way he’s talking about approaching this one but we’ve heard it all before
