I forgot I got by end of day. No pain and I was working out same day nbd

Yo my arm is supposed to be this sore 24h after the first dose? It got worse last night and now it’s worse after waking up

mine was pretty sore too. i don’t think it’s anything to worry about unless it keeps going for 2-3 more days.

Was supposed to get it yesterday but there were too many people.

Nah I usually lay on that arm but I slept either facing up or on the other arm. Ima just try moving it around more and hopefully it works itself out
