Increase the salaries for cops. Make it mandatory that they at least have a bachelors degree (only 30% of cops have one)
It should be 4 years of higher education minimum plus at least 6 months to a year of heavily reformed police academy/orientation.
One of the biggest problems outside of training is that the majority of police are just uneducated losers who barely got through high school
A Bachelor’s Degree doesn’t automatically result in a better cop. Chauvin has a bachelor’s.
