I have completely switched my stance on this game and will no longer be buying it

Meanwhile im getting more and more tempted

ZA is the best Pokemon game ngl s***s good

Battling is way more fun than turn based

This s*** way better than S/V

Yeah I was a little worried going in but I completely agree, this is definitely my favorite iteration

Battling is just more visceral and exciting, and every moment counts

The only part I don’t like is that hunting Pokemon seems a bit stale in this with the wild zones but it’s not bad. The story and side missions are fun and the map feels bigger than I was expecting. They cooked

Once you unlock roto-glide it feels so good to fly between rooftops the way the world keeps opening up is just chefs kiss

Game lets up a bit after that, but yeah, I was also getting annoyed with it and that's not something I usually care about too much

Think I have a few story missions left, and the game is gas. Really enjoying myself

I am having fun with this game so far. I also just found an elite ralts in a courtyard and replaced my mystery gift ralts with it

What are the main objectives of this game? Are there gyms? Is there a Pokémon League/Elite Four type-of-thing? Is the main goal to just "catch 'em all" or what are you supposed to do?

you battle elite trainers to rank up and you do quests just like in legends arceus

The “gym leaders” in this game are promotional matches that help you rank up. They get harder from rank Z to rank A.

There’s a few other storylines that get intertwined with you ranking up, they involve fighting wild pokemon that are mega-evolving and a strange group called the rust syndicate

The world is loaded with side quests too, usually they involve catching or battling

Is it just me or do the elite/alphas look silly

I have a alpha dragonite and tyranitar and they’re both comically huge

My f***ing alpha gyarados legit takes up the entire screen when I’m walking around

Finished up last night. Game is very fun and entertaining. Going to work on getting the shiny charm now (which will take a long ass time).
