I managed to pick up my Switch2 finally. Guys I need to know which pokemon game is worth buying at the moment. I heard Scarlet and Violet are absolute s***. Is Arceus good?

Arceus is the best one on the switch imo. The Switch 2 update for Scarlett and Violet actually made them playable I'm playing the dlc for them right now

Arceus is great, first hour is a bit text heavy and handholdy but once they set you free… it’s peak

Legends is something new and cool though, i think you’ll love it. God sends you back in time to create the first Pokédex, there’s still battling but no gyms and no elite 4

For the most part the mainline Pokémon games still have the same old formula since they started so you can jump in anywhere and it’ll be pretty familiar.
