Idk man I just went through gen 5 dex and there’s 30 Pokémon I would welcome on my team. Might be the most of any gen

That’s about it for me. And then I have Pokémon autism and I can’t have overlapping types on my champ team. It’s over for me. Gonna have to rely on cross gen evos and paradox mons to fill out my team

Letting people know now this game looks WAY better in handheld than on a TV. I was cringing at certain parts while playing.

Same and yeah idk what theyre seeing, gen 8 n gen 5 are better overall imo & gen 5 is one of the best - it just has a handful of really bad ones that stick out but most are super fire plus its a huge dex on top of that.

This gen is ok, my personal least fav is still gen 6 in terms of overall pokemon design. Although I still love a dozen or so of them.

Im also the same, i like to use new pokemon on first playthru & dont like to overlap types at all. I will only overlap types if i really have too but only with diff Dual typings. Before auto experience share I would always level up all my 6 Pokemon thee same too, usually have them level 50 to 55 when i start the Pokemon League.

Im def using the alt forms tho I think this gen has the best alt forms, regional & the paradoxes. And I usually dislike almost all of them every gen besides a few, first time I like most.

Thankfully I didnt play Arceus so those will be new to me too, def copping an Ursaluna

Dragonite should have gotten a form tho

Should have gotten a regional or replace Hydreigon (which is the unnecessary one out of the bunches imo) for the future form

Hasnt had a mega, dyna, alt or anything while being the og pseudo SMH

A past Metagross would have been cool too, or Hydreigon as a past

Bruh Tandemaus gets a move that has 20bp (30 with STAB) that can potentially hit 10 times. On top of that they introduced that new item that practically functions as skill link and its has f***ing technician.

Also to add to Dragonite case

The game is based in Spain and Dragonite is one of the most famous memes here, literally it went trending topic when the game got announced. So it would of been a nice touch tbh

Idk if it's the lighting, but you can see certain buildings just flickering. It looks really good in handheld.
