Feb 26, 2021Gen 5 benefits greatly from emulation. It looks beautiful at higher resolutions, and I’m glad that style is being preserved here. Still iffy about the character models, but everything else looks great. My biggest fear is that it’s literally a 1:1 remake.

HimotheeLol come on bro you know they look like mobile games. Remaking the games in a 1:1 format doesn’t change the fact they still look like mobile games. You can’t look at these pics and tell me they don’t like shovelware you’d see on the App Store.
All I’m tryna say is Sinnoh deserved more. Sure Masuda is a co-director but it’s still a different studio developing. We’re not going to get Mega’s or Gmaxes or the character redesigns we’ve gotten in past remakes and that’s a shame. If you cool with all that then more power to you, it’s all opinions at the end of the day
