lots of complaining itt
just go play something else? it's over now all of Gen 8 is on the table
see you guys for Gen 9 or New Pokemon Snap
Oh nevermind I didn’t know that lmao that’s dope
I know it’s been a thing for the base game but DLC is relatively new for Pokémon I think so honestly they should have approached it in a “more content for your buck” approach but now that I know you can share adventures I think that’s fair
Nah they never should have made them exclusive to each version. It's a lot of time consuming grinding especially if you don't get paired up with the opposite version often. Like look at what this game is about to do to my guy Beautiful Morning. May not see him for a week straight.

yeah it literally forces you to play with others and that's a good thing in my opinion
I mean tbf that's always been a thing with pkmn and you can still get those exclusives if you join someones adventure who has that version
Yeah that was viable when it was just the base game. Not when you have to pay $60+$30 to get 8 Pokemon.
Yes or just pay $30+$60 for the other version.
Lmao

We paid $90 for a single Gen. I think we are allowed to give our criticism.

Adventures are random though and it takes 15 minutes to get to the end to see if it’s a new legendary or not
Like I did online for 3 adventures in a row to start and every one was suicune
i like getting to chase the birds around rather than them just being handed to me or sitting in 1 spot
and i like the footsteps on the ground as well, idk might just be me but i'm taking this DLC with a grain of salt and playing it super casually and chill
already have 6 hours in and probably need another 10 more
For everyone not wanting to get a repeat solo them to guarantee a new one btw

on kanye to the though? really?
and i mean the game is over now, they aren't going to make changes that you want or anything you know? seems odd that u just want to cry and then justifying crying LMFAO

this is where the grind is then eh?

Grinding 20 minutes to get absolutely nothing sucks d***
Feel like the series peaked with mega evolutions.
Besides my boy decidueye, not a reason to go past gen 6 imo

yeah I get what y'all mean but maybe since I'm a seasoned player I can't really see how its bad, its always been the whole reason it is collecting and trading and thanks to internet it's easier than ever to trade so personally can't say I think its bad there is version exclusivity in the DLC.

A lot of b******s want steep prices for just clones of what they caught
Masterballs ain’t even worth anything anymore either
the thing that gets me with the DLC is being excited to see old mons pop up then realizing they shoulda just been in the game from the get go

it's a lot of great trading communities out there tho

R/casualpokemon trades my personal favorite. Lot of good peoples there. I try to avoid some of the others because they want you to log s*** whenever you make a trade lmao
R/pokemonswordandshield is good too

literally so many RPGs though

what other game has all the previous Pokemon in the wild?
i thought each game had its own Pokedex?

every game has had every mon up to that current gen available from release, you could get them through transfer or some in the wild but here lots of old mons are locked out with a paywall both those ways. to transfer your gonna have to buy subscriptions to Pokémon bank on 3ds then Home on switch, and to catch you gotta pay for the dlc. only "free" way is to have some who did those trade them to you and on top of that it literally took them almost a year just to add these back.

This was fine until they nerfed the GTS. Like everything you said has been dialed back in this gen and on top of having to pay $90 for a beta and then the rest of the content.
