My Pokédex at 339 right now and I’m finally heading to route 10 right now so I expect it to go up vastly.

I don’t know if Hop is programmed to have a different team depending on what Pokémon you pick but he has like 3 Pokémon weak against fire in his final team. Cinderace is broken right now.

Ah, I figured that might be the case. This game is way too easy. I essentially one shot everything but Snorlax in the first two tournament battles.
They need to make a hard mode.

just finished the game
it's a 7/10 because I spoiled a lot of the game through the Affleck leak and subsequent art book leak
if i didnt spoil it id have given it 8 or 8.5/10
imho the graphics and a few gameplay elements take it away from being a perfect Nintendo Switch release
