That continuing to happen to me so many times makes me wonder if there are more algorithms at play than what we do actively know for certain at this point

If all the normal packs are following one algorithm, we can still wonder if that algorithm is replaced if you happen to pick the single pack with a crimp. We just don't know for sure

And like you said it's a gacha game. They can be more complex than just having a single algorithm or pre selection piece at play

Plus this is the biggest franchise to exist, I would be really surprised if the back end of this game is that simple.

Don't think so hard. I know what is going on and it's complex like watching the numbers of pi. But without knowing what is going on and without guides you can observe what is happening and decide if you want to stop or not.

After a little bit of practice that will stop happening. I forgot that was something I had to correct myself on when I started looking for specific packs

If you turn on airplane mode to stop server contact your card contents immediately show up as wonderpick options for your friends before you choose from the carousel

That doesn't mean it doesn't shut off the option to choose the single pack that is crimped, and/or automatically just remove it from the options it picks if server connection is cut. It's not crazy to think this massive company already thought about that and may even be keeping this secretive on purpose

I understand that with assumptions we can assume it's not a thing, but it keeps working so I'm still doing it, and we don't know the code which is what proof comes down to me

And I already have mentioned before it's more of a fun habit, and gives me more enjoyment now over picking the first pack there anyways. I just enjoy doing it the same way I kiss the final pack of every ETB I rip through

What's the point in playing a gacha style game or even gambling if you won't engage in ANY ritualistic behavior patterns? I would have quit the game ages ago if I did that, but I got 4 celebi ex/including a full art doin this so idk man let me have fun

I feel you on the ritual part but watch the vid above if you haven't, I mean for me personally it just means I have to spend less time and be less anxious about missing a card that I would want or pack that I want. The video seems to disprove the theory that the packs are all different. because as soon as she pressed open pack and didn’t even start spinning the carrousel it was showing up in her bfs wonder pick after 5 mins
