It makes zero sense not to drop them on DSPs, especially since he took down the download options for them AND UMG took the songs down. If the intent was always to make them available for fans to listen to, putting them up on streaming is the next/only available option left.

That would make sense. He could still drop them before this weekend is over but he should definitely put them up on DSPs.
