BF5 was a disaster in marketing and s*** but as someone who has 7 Days played and plays at the highest level the game is not nearly as bad as people say and honestly a lot of fun

I don’t understand. The PS5 will not play games with any graphic settings like a pc would. They need to turn everything down in order for it to run at 60fps on a cheap $400 console or whatever.
A similar specced pc will play all PS5 games at the same speed but way way way way better graphic settings. you can blast fxaa, aa, ray trace, etc. On PS5 they will turn everything down and lock it, like all consoles. it will be no comparison...

I like gaming at 144fps 1080p, do I have enough power to upgrade to a freesync 1440p monitor if I lower some settings

you can run 144hz at 1440p in s*** like rocket league or overwatch with that but no games better than that. I would still suggest getting the monitor because you can still play with game settings until you have the right gpu and cpu for it. or ideally just put that money towards a new gpu first.

the thing about consoles is they can optimize the engines of games so that they run better than if the games went to pc too. the reason for this is pc's all have different specs so the games have to be designed with that in mind.
With ps5 exclusives because the developers know what specs people will have, their visions can be realized better and optimized to look the best. You just want options and its ok - Jun 11, 2020·1 replyMelz

pc has a larger library, not sure what you meann
