It's for sure not 450 to make. If it was the console would be sold for $250. It's pretty routine to be taking a $200~ loss on consoles. It will prob be a lot like the ps3 release, $600 to buy but cost them about $800 to make.

this isnt really true actually. Part of the reason these games are so large lately is duplication of assets. The HDD in the Ps4 and Xbox One cant load things fast enough and thus lots of data has to be duplicated over and over again so it can reach the data and display it quick enough

Games could actually be a little smaller but knowing devs they will just use that as an excuse to put more data and higher quality assets

BUT in theory Ps5 games should be a little smaller

get yourself a 60inch 4k HDR with 120fps
