Travis is much more established than Carti, he's been around for a while and he is confirmed his spot in the mainstream soundly now. (so there is no fear in releasing new music). Carti is yet to do that (though Die Lit was a great stepping stone to get there). I think thats the reason why Carti hasnt been dropping since his next release needs to take him to the next level or people are going to start writing him off. Also I'm sure he is mad that like 50+ songs leaked this year (some of which were likely gonna be on WLR).

This new Future snippet wit the baby voice sounds like he's overdoing it. It may just be a feature but because thats the latest snippet we have we can only assume thats the direction at least some of WLR will be headed in. Carti could still release some of his best baby voice songs officially but the leaks and half of his features (at least for me) are running that sound into the ground. Wish he would move on. Who knows though there may only be one baby voice song on WLR but that doesnt seem like the direction from the latest snippet.
