First (most likely) changing a big part of the album at Kanye's ranch a couple weeks before handing it in. He would never do this type of rushing s***, he's too much of a perfectionist for that. Like, he rerecorded Kelly K and Love Hurt like 4-5 times, rushing and changing an album like this, with the f***ed up mixing (I love the album but let's be honest, the mixing it sucks) as a result is not something Carti would do.
Second, the vibe and lyrics of the album. He talks a LOT more about d**** and his feelings (also toward other people/his label) on this album than he did before. He disses his label, talks about robbing another rapper in Atlanta, has a song titled 'Feel like dying' and the whole album has kind of a sad vibe if you actually listen. Hsi lyrics aren't sounds matching the beat anymore, but feel like actual words crying for help.
Third and last, the s*** he did to Iggy. I don't give a f*** about their private life, but from what Iggy has said you can't deny he's a deadbeat father and an allround ass. Cheating on Iggy while she's pregnant? Not showing up to his birth? Not signing the birth certificate? All the f***ing around with 'I love you' and then doing the opposite? Skipping the first Christmas with your son? Any normal thinking human being would not do this s*** to his baby mother.
All of this is not normal. I swear Carti is in a bad place and I feel like he need some actual help."

i would normally clown a comment like this (outside looking in is never the prime spot to make judgements like this), but at this point it’s clear for even us to see it
i really do think carti either has a toxic team or his label is not letting him be fully in charge of his creative decisions. idk i could be reaching
it’s a weird feeling, because while i do love this album a lot, there’s these odd inconsistencies about it that throw me off
why tf are place and new neon on here? love the songs but they obviously dont fit at all, did the label force him? Because he didnt even really add ANY new s*** to either of those songs
EDIT: and let me add to this that Rhonnie even said there would be NO LEAKS on here literally maybe a week and a half ago, she’s around carti all the time it just doesnt make sense
why is there a second of beat on place followed by sudden silence? there’s literally no explanation other than there wasnt enough time to fix it before release????
Punk Monk lyrics - he’s thowing serious shade at his label - we always thought carti was a label priority, and maybe he is, but where tf is all the promo if he is?? i mean s*** he essentially said theyve tried to turn him into a lil d***y type artist wtf
and of course the weirdest thing of all - the richie and pierre (but especially richie) situation. this is the most bizarre s*** ever, richie a known capper about things but i feel pretty certain he was telling the truth when he said he was around carti more than any other producer during this process - tweets out “i jus made 10...” - album comes out and he’s on TWO SONGS. and even he seems to be shocked, same w pierre
this album may be great, but none of these things seem to paint a pretty picture for carti from here forward
