safeit’s bizarre that the reception to this seems negative I really think this is incredible and maybe the most innovative mainstream rap release I’ve heard since like blog era
I think that originality might be a lot of the split in that die lit gave him a lot of fans who view him as a Thug/Gunna melodic rapper and this is not even close to that
I think most of the kickback is from people expecting the "OG" WLR with Molly/Cancun etc. which are probably easier to digest and closer to the sound they came to enjoy whilst being different enough so as to inspire a bit of excitement

tupacartidude really hope he okay, his entire family life is fumbling (although pretty self-destructive as he was cheating and has seemingly neglected Iggy) and a huge portion of his fanbase is s***ting on the album. Plus he just finished the like 99th version of this, the stress must be monumental for him.
