It didn’t meet a lot of people’s expectations. It was smart of him to release the deluxe immediately after with the leaks people liked a lot.

Xmas is a dud period to drop ANYTHING (music, tv etc.) Movies an exception in my country not sure about in the US
Anyone saying "but people will listen to it on new years" as if that means anything are delusional
It is SO hard to get traction on social media and break through casual listeners habits during this period
thats why i found it weird they released this today and why i didn't believe any leak saying this is the date
cause usually industry winds down for year and then only starts picking back up in march
