I used to work at a theme park. One day, Carti and his family came on the ride I was in charge of. While he and his family were on the ride, his chaperon came up to me and told me they didn't want to exit through the ride's normal exit because a crowd had gathered to wait for him to come off, and so he asked me if there was an alternate exit. Normally, this wouldn't be something we'd do, as the alternate exit goes through long, dark corridors of "Employee only" areas, but considering the circumstances, an exception could be made.
I personally escorted Carti and his family through the alternate route. It wasn't a huge inconvenience or anything, but I did take time out of my work to do it, and it wasn't exactly something I had to do. As we came to the exit, I held the door open for them to exit. As his wife exited, She looked just above the eye and said, "Okay, thanks."-- It honestly was one of the most sincere "Thank you's" I've ever gotten. When Carti walked out, he stared dead ahead. Said nothing. Didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I know it's not a big deal, but that always stuck me as kind of rude-- especially after how nice his wife had been. It was such a private moment, and somehow I think that clued me into what kind of guy he was.
Later, a co-worker at another ride told me that she was standing in her position at the ride, and he ran her foot over with his giant baby stroller. Instead of apologizing, he berated her for being "in the way".
So yeah, my impression of him is that he seems pretty arrogant.
