this still is not a good rollout you cannot convince me otherwise. it only works b/c he's a superstar (off of leaks). literally all he did was post a few snippets, vaguely allude to a christmas date (he couldn't even announce it himself till 2 days prior, he gave the info to AK instead and that's only cause he begged for it), post screencaps from music videos, and just recently began to announce notable features one by one. carti is the only artist who can be this indirect and mysterious with it working in his favor. uzi could too but he doesn't do it as bad as carti.

and there's 100% going to be artists that try to copy this, and it'll fail miserably, because nobody has a dedicated fanbase like carti. it works for this vampire because he built up his fans like this from the get-go, with him pulling tricks like this and long periods of wait since his breakout hit in the underground.
