tupacartithe guy used to know carti back in 2015-16, who knows if they keep in touch still. he was ken rebels manager iirc. last year though, he had posted pictures of WLR posters in NYC and it spurred a speculation that it may drop...and it didn't. so I honestly think he's in the dark just like us. or maybe he does still talk to carti, nobody knows.
