RIP_ActavisMe too man, the whole deluxe album trend sets off my OCD so bad
I always have to split the original albums & the deluxe's up in my music library, I cannot be having 30+ tracks all dumped there
Plus as we know Carti is super invested in his aesthetic so I'm excited to see the visuals he has associated with this project, it's much smarter to disconnect it from the title of a 'WLR Deluxe' in order to give it its proper dues
But I'm pretty confident (and pleased) in knowing that this won't be much of a sonic departure from the sound of WLR, with F1lthy confirming his part in this, as well as Molly/Not Real being finished up for this project, it's safe to say this is just a re-branded and re-packaged WLR Deluxe under a new guise of creativity

again, Carti never announced WLR himself on any social media platform like he has with this. the announcement of WLR came from an ig story from a fan bumping into Carti at a jewelry store and asking him about new music. That's much different to Carti literally revealing it himself on IG.

Just add the new songs under the deluxe and keep the old like they were? Change the track numbers if you have to? The old songs are only attached so they can say it’s a “deluxe” even though most are completely separate OR update the tracklist of the og and have a separate component like Wunna
Deluxe tracklist for the standard half of wunna is fire, the songs he added & new sequence work better than the songs he cut to bonus tracks and the old sequencing

Add deluxe album under deluxe album and regular album under regular album then change the name or track order if you have to
They’re basically separate projects only unified for the artists need for more money lol
