I think it should be case by case.
Bestowed doesn't do anything "bad" or troll on this site. He tries to give good advice be a nice dude most of the time
There have been worse trolls and bad posters who actively stay on here and when their tweets or discords are shown then of course it makes sense to kick them out.
Either ways, I guess mods and majority consensus gets to decide
