Yeah, us & the A Day To Remember record really stand out from the rest right now
Review:
Jay-Z & Linkin Park - Collision Course
I remember this era extremely well. Both HOV and LP were in their primes and mash-ups were going crazy in the blogosphere at the time. Danger Mouse had just released The Grey Album not too long before and it was dope af.
Listened to this album on the way to work today and it’s aged like the finest wine.
On paper, HOV & Linkin Park mixed together sounds terrible but they somehow were able to make it absolute flawless perfection. Every track is an absolute banger.
Ultimately, HOV & LP capitalized on the mashup craze and showed us what you get when you mix 10/10 songs from two almost entirely different genres together.
You get a 10/10 CERTIFIED CLASSIC.
Favorite song: Numb/Encore
Worst song: None

Hell yeah dude, glad it holds up. I still have to go back and listen again, myself. Also, I didn't realize The Grey Album was that old
@Trouble this is your album
Danny your album is A Kid Named Cudi
im not listening to that garbage
The album that put CM on the map, it's been YEARS since I last heard this album or even thought about it but damn this one is an automatic classic. HA still sounds like it's from the future and has gotta be a top 10 rap song of the 90s
. Back that Ass up is wayne's first classic
, Ghetto Children is a perfect blend of poppy melodies and rap. Just a phenomenal album with no bad songs, the weakest cut to me is Intro and even then it's still an above average track. S tier album
Fav tracks: Ghetto Children, HA, Back that ass up, U.P.T, Off Top
Least Fav Tracks: Intro

@ruckus please check out the title track to Charlie on YT before listening to the Charlie EP (it's not on streaming cause of sample clearance issues)
Love Angel Music Baby by Gwen Stefani
This album is great and is filled with banger after banger, hit after hit
Songs like Rich Girl, Hollaback Girl, and Luxurious are classic bangers that never get old. Even the more lowkey tracks are fire like Bubble Pop Electric, Harajuku Girls, The Real Thing
, Series has that cool 80s vibe
and Long Way to Go which is a beautiful duet with 3 Stacks
Although this is a little different than her stuff with No Doubt! It's still fire and I really enjoyed it
9/10 Classic

I honestly enjoyed every track, this album is great
Yeule - Serotonin II
This is just my first impression since I only heard twice so far. Really liked this, at first was kinda iffy but once i got like halfway through the first time I was enveloped in it. Super ethereal and atmospheric in a way that kinda reminds me of Grimes and Ray of Light era Madonna but it also doesn't really sound like either of those. The prettier aspect also reminded me of some Porter Robinson too. I really like the way her voice fits over the instrumentals. And some of these keyboard songs are maybe my favorite part, s*** feels like I'm floating on a cloud. I also like the balance of the more ambient and sometimes electronic sections, it all flows together really well and makes the whole album feel pretty unique imo. Definitely gonna listen to this a few more times and check out Yeule's other stuff too

Armin vaan Buren - Imagine![]()
This is probably the BEST EDM album i have heard. The intro immediately sucks you right in with the crazy opening. Every song was so energetic, and the vocals were angelic throughout. The drums hit hard and some of the basslines were dirty, like in rain. I also recognize never say never from some DJ functions i went to. My fav song has to be hold on to me. Such a consistently good album. The only nitpick i have it that it can sound "samey" at times and a little generic but its all top tier production.
