MARXISM. DOES. NOT. RELY. ON. DEFINITIONS. Engels has already explained why definitions are pretty much useless if your aim is to establish a scientific understanding of reality (I think you’ll find the answer in “Anti-Duhring”).
Marxism is a method to investigate material reality as it emerges. Misusing this word to explain a category which has nothing to do with it is not Marxism. You’re using a preconceived notion to filter reality, that’s idealism.
Engels used the term “labor aristocracy” to describe a specific group within a specific historical context that he was observing.
So yeah, you’re misusing those terms.
