He played 14 games and went 6-8 in those 14 before he tore his ACL. Difference is that both those dudes have consistently had arguably 2 of the best offensive play callers in the league for their entire career’s. Difficult to have a baseline when your baseline is consistently changing and being challenged while having to master a new system every year of your career.
Are there times where he has to be better? Obviously, but there’s so much more to the picture than what you’re giving it

Non perfect conditions also don’t have to equal dog s*** conditions. I gave you 2 very recent examples of top tier QB’s who both s*** the bed the second they had non perfect conditions, but at least they had the benefit of great play callers.

I’m always quick to say when Jalen doesn’t play good enough, the Bears game, he didn’t play good enough. The Titans game, prior to the game winning drive, he didn’t play good enough.
