I’d also probably look at Kafka. Just kinda looking toward the future, there’s a good chance Mike and Kliff think they have better opportunities elsewhere imo, and so Kafka will probably be a bit more realistic.

A good OC is leaving to become a HC. (Unless you can find a Fangio that doesnt want to be a HC) Get a HC that can call plays and has his own scheme. He dont have to be a Mcvay or Shanahan level but just a competent playcaller so that way we are not so much OC dependent.

Steichen being canned would have been an enormous help this offseason and likely would have increased the odds for us to get one of these sure fire OCs onboard

right but it’s like damn near statistically impossible for a new HC to do better than Nick. And whoever we do bring in, even if they do really well, will still probably field a worse team than nick + a good OC. The bar is literally the superbowl.

Siriani knew the entire season the offense was struggling and it’s his job as a coach to fix that issue. In 2023 when we had the same issue what did he do towards the end of the season? He switched out Brian Johnson with who? He saw the issue and tried to fix it. What did he do this season with KP? Nothing. Siriani is to blame for hiring this seasons OC so if he doesn’t fire KP he’s a problem too.
