Regardless of the yardage last night, a consistent theme that has held true all season is that the 2nd half defense will clamp down on the opposing offense's scoring, and the pass rush will melt the opposing QB alive late in games. It's not pretty but it's effective, and it's consistent

really telling we still won TOP too lol. this team is ELITE at chewing clock, and on scoring drives too which is so so so impressive. taking a good 8 minutes off the clock AND delivering a TD is so demoralizing esp when it’s at the end of the first half or anytime during the second half

The score looks closer than it was because we took our foot off the gas in the 4th quarter up 2 scores. We are always in run out the clock mode in those situations, and we already saw Jalen was gimpy to close out the 1st half. It's annoying, but it's what we do and the pass rush came alive when it mattered most
