If anything this was just an incredibly fire defensive gameplan that Belichick came up with Week 1 that Flores piggybacked off of Week 2. Against the Vikings, Flores was either sending 6/7 or dropping 8 around 80% of the time between these two plans (I'll have to go back and find those numbers). That is not normal lmao

Nah, I feel this 100%, I’m at work, so I’m gonna check this out when I get off. But I was quick to crucify Brian in the first half, but the adjustments made in the second half won us that game. Like you said, the defenses we’re gonna see are super unorthodox all piggybacked off what Bill did in week 1. No doubts Nick and them are gonna find an answer for it. That Hurts breakdown I posted yesterday goes through a bit of the positive in our passing game and talks about defenders dropping into coverage that you normally wouldn’t see (mainly in terms of Hurts’ pick, he credits a great play by the defender more so then a bad throw by Hurts)

Yeah I watched that one, I love the QB School channel so whenever he does Jalen breakdowns I always make it a point to catch those. Fran's breakdown goes a little bit more into how the offense started to figure out those coverages and how Jalen started manipulating them as the game went on
