Hurts can’t throw

defense looked solid for most of the game, only slipped up a couple times. tbf they were costly slip ups. and tbf slipping up a few times isn't good.

But i think if we give it a week or two they can iron out those wrinkles and get used 2 regular season offenses. We didn't see a bad defense, we saw a good defense making mistakes.

They were definitely inconsistent, but I'll chalk up some of it to this being the first game of the season. We have a coach that's not afraid to make the adjustments needed. I don't love how they seemed to fall off in the second half though cause, like you said, they looked solid in the first half.
Gotta fix those little mistakes on defense fast and we gotta get Devonta the ball on offense, those are really my only 2 gripes.

Hurts is so hard to get a read on. Didn’t make any mistakes really yesterday and got the W but it’s still hard to tell if he’s doing that one read and bail s*** or if it’s just the pressure getting to him. I will say that deep ball to Brown looked effortless and should put away any of the he can’t go deep nonsense. Time will tell obviously but til then first in the division baby
