See, it's this and Ye's recent post that has me thinking there's more to the Skete thing than at its face. Pete has B (orderline) PD; so do I. The suicidal-during-breakup routine seems like something an untreated (therapy + a year of meds) me would've felt at the time so that doesn't surprise me. Nor does the impulsive behavior, especially when he feels threatened which a lot of his worst behaviors seems to fall under.

It's a joke in very poor taste. Pete's been known to be an unstable guy, Kanye's making a joke about how Pete might kill himself over losing Kim.
The reason it's in very poor taste is because it just comes across like Kanye would be happy or something if Pete died, that he would probably find it pretty funny if Pete killed himself. I don't really know if I believe Kanye would react that way if Pete were to actually commit suicide, but that's certainly how it comes across

The thing that gets me about the joke is how directed it is; it's not just an extension of the DONDA 2 kayfabe era, it's Ye in villain mode making a personal dig at what's presumed to be Pete's tendency to be at his lowest when he feels abandoned ( BPD and breakups are hard ) .
Kanye's petty and immature. We know that much but the surgical nature of it all makes me think it's less about Kim and more about Skete. Maybe in the beginning when Kim wasn't letting him see his kids, but if that's been handled and Ye's still doing this, it was never about her really imo.
