I did for a period of time but I been a black coffee person since I used to get cream and Dunkin made me feel feverish once . Black coffee my body never feels off . I just try to eat something with it pace myself and drink water . It really isn’t that bad if you get used to it . Also you will need less for the same amount of energy as creamer drinkers who just start drinking it like a dessert
