That was the first thing that came to my mind with the high pitch but he doesn't use a baby voice like Carti. Drake sounds like Drake in this song, just on a higher pitch. I don't know how anyone listens to this whole song and think the Weeknd is on any part of it. Their vocal inflections aren't similar at all.

But even then I’d say it’s more similar to Carti when he does the same thing rather than The Weeknd
But flow wise beat wise melody wise it’s not even remotely similar to reminder
