Just got a gaming PC for my wife and myself. It had a 2080 graphics card. Any suggestions on MMO’s or other games? We tried WoW but both found it to be clunky and the graphics were awful. We’re thinking of trying FFXIV. She’s enjoying diablo 3. Not a fan of league.
what u question is
New steam UI is ugly af.
All of these "simplistic" UI designs are hideous. Big blocky bubble crap.
They all look like they cost 30cents/hour and were made in adobe.
steam ui been ugly in general
what u question is
My bad I was super smacked and half asleep. Any mmo recommendations that aren’t wow?

u might want to mess around and play some PoE

Ur not wrong
But u know... Since its a redesign, youd think it would be either nicer looking, or be more functional.
All it really did was space out my games more and make me scroll more.

Wish I could get my wife to play FFXIV with me
Only MMO I got her to play was ESO, cause she loved Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind

Trying to switch over from console. Any links to sufficient builds to run AAA games at 1080p and high frames (~150) would be extremely helpful!!

Pcpartpicker.com peep the guides.
Ryzen 5(+)
Nvidia 1660(+)
Should give u 100+ fps @1080p pretty much always.
Personally id drop the extra $200 or so, and swap the 1660 for a 2070 Super.
If u do music/video s***, consider the ryzen 7 or ryzen 9.

Its def solid. Ur gonna want more storage at some point, and again, id recommend an nvidia gpu over an amd one.
The 2070 super will be worth the extra ~$100 for the slightly better, likely more consistent, performance, and not having to deal with the bugs of an amd gpu.
When new games come out, and ppl b**** about crashes n stuff... I rarely experience issues as an intel/nvidia user... The amd cpus are really popular now, and the ryzen 3000s are pretty damn stable, so any issues should be fixed quickly. An amd gpu might cause u to rip some hair out tho, especially with new releases.
^^ what this dude said.
i have a fairly similar build. love the ryzen 3000 series cpus.
stoarge is super cheap and always goes on sale, i'd wait for an ssd to go on sale. they've be getting really low in price lately.
