what's the best graphics card i can get without breaking my wallet?, looking to transition into the PC gaming world this year, my co worker told me its better to build than buy a prebuilt
I've been on Steam for 14 years as of last week
11 years for me
I'm gonna have to upgrade my PSU for a 9070xt
thinking of just getting the 9070 but the price difference isn't worth saving on.

i also built a computer top of this year and i got rx 7600xt for like $309, its been serving me really well with anything ive played.
theres also the rx 7600 that you could probably get for way less for somewhat similiar performance but its 8gb vram vs the 16gb on the xt version

word i’m looking to run some mods on games like fc 25 and 2k, i’d think 16gb would be the better option

7900XTX or 9070XT with that budget!
I’m seeing a few 5070s in stock on Newegg, but I haven’t seen any 9070s or 9070xts in stock since the launch day.

5070 just isn’t worth it even at msrp
I’ve almost caved a few times when it’s been in stock, coming from a 4060 it would be a decent upgrade for me. But 9070/9070xt is such a ridiculously a better deal it would be stupid to settle for a 5070

I mean I’m still on a 3080 so it would be a big upgrade for me. But yeah, I’m holding out for a 9070xt

Eventually they’ll be in stock at regular price
Trying to build a pc has given me a greater appreciation for consoles. It’s a miracle they’re as cheap as they are with their performance. They need to continue to exist cuz these pc component manufacturers are price gouging like a mf (tho i get it. They need to make a profit)
Nvidea can kick rocks tho. The VRAM in the 5080 is pitiful for the asking price
