Am I the only one who loved Paris? People generally dressed nice. I had incredible food (didn't really eat at cafés too often). To be fair, I did a ton of research before I went, but I love urban places. I loved that people were outside all the time
Goes during peak tourist season..”Paris sucks!!”
Try visiting in January, when the cold keeps a good number of annoying Americans away..Parisians are much nicer. Everything is less crowded. Nothing smells like trash.
Most of the people who hate Paris don’t even try to fit in..Try dressing a bit nicer. Acting cultured. Keeping quiet, and to yourself..
you gotta have the taste of a literal toddler to think french food is mid or ass, or you’re just eating at the terrible tourist trap places next to every attraction. Paris is one of the best food cities on earth
i went to paris with my family and it was cool. people were fine but it wasn't like i was going out clubbing or whatever. food is awesome.
there was plenty to do. this guy stinks.

yea it seems like the doing research aspect is big. the people that just show up and expect everywhere to wow them always have a terrible time. i’ve been 3 times and always do a lot of research on restaurants and i eat extremely well. there’s just an unbelievable amount of options in Paris that it’s easy to take a huge L if you aren’t discerning
i also speak a good amount of french so that probably helps with having a more positive experience with waiters and the french generally lol
i will say tho my mom had us do some macaron making class and it wound up being inside a makeshift wax museum where 12 homeless dudes were sleeping. accidentally stepped on one when i walked in but he wasn't too mad. made good macarons. it was fun.
mf went to paris to film himself reading a book in a club
but still I'm glad these touristic cities are getting exposed, f\*\*\* them
It reminds me of NY
Cause yesterday was garbage day
loved the way she said that
I heard the french blames immigration for how s***ty their city is as if paris not always been s***ty
as a tx native, ill admit that Dallas is kinda ass rn. even Deep Ellum is getting a bad rep
We ain’t got trash in the streets like this stop it
We ain’t got trash in the streets like this stop it
we got the trinity river tho and that s*** smells like ass
He pissed me off with this s*** lmao, dude definitely never spent a second in MENA to be spouting that bullshit
yea it’s lowkey mad dissapointing coming from a black queer person, like nigga did not do his history at all, paris has gorgeous mosques, the suburbs have their own urban charm to it, and the people are friendly if you’re not a prick tbh, i’ve had friendlier stranger interactions in some of the “grimier” parts than other cities i’ve visited/lived in
dude just screams ignorance and entitlement
also felt like you gotta know where to eat and be willing to spend to eat good. outside of some key street food spots, the food was a little disappointing for me.
grocery shopping there way better, food was overall way more fresh and that part was incredible. but i can understand being frustrated by food if you stay there for a week
so flagarantlynignorant to say it looks like the middle east and be mad at the graffiti.
the abundance of graffiti a little outside of paris was awesome to me
Paris is just like any other city, nothing that special. But why is he sitting in a club reading a book judging how people are dressed instead of dancing
Reminds me of that one meme

Also just gotta be down to drop money on food. I was paying 100 - 300 a meal for me and my girl, depending on how nice the place was.
