Ended up sleeping fine, I think I was just shook up at the end of the movie demonic/satanic s*** in movies scares the hell out of me

Expected so much more. Some great sound design and visuals tho.

Is it called longlegs because the man downstairs is possessing people from hell or because the Longlegs guy himself is much taller than the child victims he creates

Why didn’t this make the film?

Movie walks off a cliff after he kills himself. Mom being accomplice was so dumb lmao but I still liked this and loved Longlegs as a character. First half was excellent

9/10 at least

i mean the fact that he went through with that is what made it land for me tho that he was f***in crazy

I just felt like he should’ve gotten way more presence especially in the second half. Nic cage hamming it up with T. Rex obsession was so creative and fun and terrifying. The tension of not knowing exactly why or how the killings were happening was so great, felt like it was kinda gutted with it being the mom under influence

the “do you find me beautiful?” line feels like a pretty on the nose Buffalo Bill callback# !#I heard Oz Perkins cut it out for that reason. Gotta avoid !#transphobia at all costs

It lived rent free in my head for a day and a half-ish after seeing it

That said this ain’t a horror movie. It’s a thriller in the same vein as Silence of The Lambs or Se7en.

I really liked this movie
