The worst instance of this happening to me were the 1995 Seattle 10s. My favorite 10s. I hunted down a pair in my size for the longest. Finally found a VNDS sz 11 w/OG box. Paid a grip for them. I got maybe 2-3 wears out of them before they died lol They retroed them like a few years later smh
