Score, original screenplay, and casting are all pretty likely. Coogler for director and MBJ for actor are also possible based on how much people are talking about them.

3-5 Oscar wins for any movie is a pretty good run, even with 16 nominations. Marty Supreme got 9 noms and is probably just gonna win a single award (if Timmy even wins that). It's quite common for that kind of thing to happen. Sinners isn't walking away empty handed and Coogler will likely leave the night an Oscar-winner on his fifth movie ever, even if he doesn't win for director.

Killers of the Flower Moon got 10 nominations and didn't win a single award.

Oh s*** AMC is playing the Netflix films as part of their Best Picture showcase. I don't think they've ever done that. Downside is that you can't buy the tickets individually, you have to do that marathon, and it's excluded from A-List

They should have done individual instead being in a theater for 12 hours over two days vs just showing all the best picture nominees from nominations til winner declared . Really all nominees every year should be shown from nominations til ceremony ( a little after ) . Theaters slow in January anyway

AMC Stubs has come in clutch. I've seen all of best actor, supporting actor, best actress, supporting actress, best director and cinematography, plus all of Best Picture and editing except for F1.

Still need to see Arco and K-Pop Demon Hunters to wrap up animation. They're showing Arco in Burbank, so I'll prob see that tomorrow. Sirat I'll have to find online because I missed the boat there. I have Ugly Stepsister via Shudder.

Sinners is a great movie but OBAA is like an alien bizarre once in every 5 years kinda movie they’d be crazy not to pick it for best picture
