I didn’t mean if it straight up says “We need to ban KTT2 ASAP” , but more along the lines of monitoring/limiting internet activity, especially as it pertains to discussion boards.

At least, more so than they do now, and more blatantly. Putting pressure on admins to expand their policies/guidelines to limit subject matter/topics that are allowed to be discussed.
