Dont even want him too but Biden looks awful right now and there's no motivation from the average person to vote against Trump like there was in 2020 after Trump fumbled the handling of COVID and the BLM protests he was so adamantly against.
By that same logic what’s the motivation to vote against Biden? Gaffes? Or are you saying to the average person, Biden appearing to be very old is more motivating than voting for a person who was just found guilty of felonies? I’m not saying I know who people are going to vote for, people aren’t a monolith. And independent voters who they are battling for are more unpredictable and tend to be more politically aware as well(from my experience) it’s hard to know. Each side got their guaranteed people which amounts to a lot of people who aren’t switching sides regardless of what happens. We’ll just have to see whose propaganda is more effective

Eh I think the Democrats have overplayed their hand too many times and the average person has started to wake up. You can only spam “Our very democracy is at stake! This is the most important election of our lifetimes!” so much before people stop taking you seriously.
I have multiple friends that got caught up in the emotional whirlwind of 2020 and rode for Biden hard back then. They’re all saying that they’re voting for Trump this time. People have realized now that the Democratic Party has emotionally manipulated and lied to them, and now they’re switching sides out of spite.
They’ll still get the baseline NPCs, but I expect that turnout for Biden will be significantly lower than 2020 unless something major shifts over the next few months.
It’s just propaganda, the more they say it, the more people will believe it. When things get more tense and the election creeps up, fearmongering will become very effective for both sides. The thing that harms Biden most in my opinion is the war in Israel.

Because we’re feeling the aftershocks of the pandemic and the damage it caused physiologically, culturally and financially. Everyone is struggling right now with how f***ing outrageous inflation has become.
I have a friend who thinks Trump is a POS person but is voting for him in November because he wants to see someone who can do something about Inflation.
